Joe T. Veal was raised in Milledgeville, Georgia. It was there in 1984 that he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. In 1988 Joe left the Marine Corps to attend the University of Georgia where he received a BLA degree. Upon graduation, Joe worked in the field of golf course design and construction management for 12 years, during this time he was a golf course architect for Arnold Palmer. In 1998 Joe was gloriously saved through the power of Jesus Christ. His testimony of a life riddled with sin and emptiness was miraculously transformed after hearing the Gospel. In 1999 Joe surrendered his life to winning people into the Kingdom of God with every resource he has. He has since served with the Urbancrest Baptist Church as the Children's Pastor and with North American Missions Board as a church planter. In 2004 Joe founded You Turn Ministries where he serves as the Director. He also serves as the Staff Evangelist for the Urbancrest Baptist Church. Joe's travels have allowed him to see people saved all over the world: Africa, India, Brazil, Russia, Philippines and even his next door neighbors.
